Biblical Astronomy 2 - Session 24 - March 22, 2023

In today's session, we continued our study of sky events in 2023 in the month of May.

One of the current big sky events going on this month, March, is the Tekufah, which is the heavenly event that ends the Biblical Year... Here's a video to show what actually happens in the heavens/earth to create the spring Tekufah (Equinox):

This is a key month in creating a Biblical Calendar in order to determine the dates of the Feasts. For more information on how that works, please view the Biblical Calendar videos, linked below:

SPRING BREAK IS COMING UP...

Each school year, I organize the class schedule around the Spring and Fall Feasts. Passover and Unleavened Bread is coming up very soon (April 5-12), and we will not be having Biblical Astronomy classes during that time.

Also, I need a couple of days prior to the Feast/Retreat to prepare for the Retreat. So, the following is the April schedule for our class, just to give you a heads-up well in advance:

Wednesday, April 5 - No Astronomy Class

Wednesday, April 12 - No Astronomy Class

Wednesday, April 19 - ASTRONOMY CLASS resumes (and will continue, on Wednesdays, as usual, throughout the rest of April and May).
