Re'eym's Decans - Kesiyl (Orion) - continued

As I explained in the prior blog, the Throne of God was believed to be through the famous belt of Kesiyl (Orion), which is why the pyramids (which are in the shape of God’s Throne) of Giza represent the three stars of Kesiyl’s belt. And because the ancients knew that the whole world should worship the God Who sat upon that Throne, the Great Pyramid of Giza was intentionally positioned at the center of the world.

Is there any scientific evidence to support this concept? Well, of course mankind cannot behold our holy God upon His Throne—at least not while we are on this side of Glory (Exodus 33:20). But there are some interesting indications. For example, as Creation scientist Dr. Robert Gentry presented in his talk titled, “The Center of the Universe”, the universe is spherical and ordered. It’s mathematical center of the universe is provably found to be through Orion’s belt. 

In Kesiyl (Orion) we see Christ portrayed as the mighty conquerer. Today, Orion is often depicted as a warrior holding a club and a shield. Anciently, Kesiyl was holding a club in one hand, confirming that part of the portrayal. But the image differed in that he was shown holding a badly beaten lion by the throat in the other hand. In this book, the original depiction of Keisyl 
holding the lion by the throat has been restored.

But why is Keisyl battling a lion?

The lion represents Christ, as we have 
already seen quite clearly. Also, the final 
constellation of Aryeh portrays Yahshua Christ as the Lion of the Tribe of Judah. But in this star-picture, the lion which Keisyl battles is not Christ. the devil is an imposter who has long worked to counterfeit Christ. For this reason, although he is only a fake—a pretender—the devil is also portrayed as a lesser lion in the Scriptures and in the star-picture of Keisyl (Orion). Because of his role as a terrible hunter who seeks to devour his prey, we find the 
following warning to safeguard our souls:

1 Peter 5:8  “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.” 

For all who have ever been tempted by the devil and have suffered from his evil attacks or onslaught, in Keisyl, this is the wonderful moment for which we have been waiting. Here, Christ is shown as having given a concussive blow to the deceiving “lion”. Rendered unconscious, the lion dangles from Keisyl’s mighty throat-grip. His dark power is completely broken and he is no longer able to hunt for and prey upon human souls, as Job foretold:

Job 4:9-11 “By the blast of God they perish, and by the breath of His nostrils are they consumed. The roaring of the lion, and the voice of the fierce lion, and the teeth of the young lions, are broken. The old lion perisheth for lack of prey…” 

But the devil is not forever destroyed in 
Keisyl. There are a few more details in the Story, which take place before our Heavenly King will forever destroy the devil. Complete annihilation of Satan and his minions doesn’t happen until the star-family of Aryeh, the last family of 
constellations in God’s amazing star-Story. 

But, here in the star-family of Re’eym, we see a prophetic picture of the Second Coming, when the mighty Hand of Keisyl (Orion) will neutralize the devil at long last. Christ, Who will deal with the demonic lion upon His Return, is portrayed in Keisyl. And remarkably, He has long been expected to make His Grand Entrance by coming through Orion’s belt! No wonder the ancients believed that Orion (Keisyl) was the most significant constellation in the sky!
