The Ninth Star Family - Part 1

Re'eym's Decans - Kesiyl (Orion)

The theme of the star-family of Re’eym is the Second Coming of Christ—the moment when the King of Glory descends from His Heavenly Throne and comes to earth once again. In keeping with this momentous theme comes the first decan of Re’eym which is Kesiyl (translated as “Orion” in the King James Bible). So significant is the constellation of Kesiyl, that we will take some extra time (and space) in this blog pointing out some of it’s importance, which is central in the sky.

Kesiyl (Orion) is clearly visible in the night sky from November to February. The Orion Nebula—a formation of dust, hydrogen, helium and other ionized gases— is the middle “star” in Kesiyl’s sword, which hangs off of His Belt.

Kesiyl is arguably the most significant
constellation in all the sky. It may not be a primary constellation (one of the twelve which the sun visually passes through), but to the ancient people it was the primary constellation of all. This is because the ancients believed Kesiyl (Orion) marked the center of the universe and was the starry gateway to the very Throne of God!

Whether or not these claims are true of Kesiyl, there are many who believe it, even today. Creation scientist Dr. Robert Gentry has given a presentation on the subject (viewable on Youtube) titled “The Center of the Universe”. Gentry is one of many who support this view.

Presenting the same concepts from a more liberal perspective, Danny Wilten’s book on Orion confirms with concrete evidence that all of the ancient civilizations were not only aware of The Most High; but, the Universal location of Him! As Wilten shows, the ancients believed the Throne of God was located through Orion’s belt. In other words, to the ancients, Kesiyl (Orion) was the quintessential Star Gate!

One evidence of this belief was the placement of the ancient pyramids, which—to scale—were positioned on the earth in such a way as to form the Kesiyl (Orion) constellation with each star being represented by a pyramid. The three most famous pyramids at Giza (which were listed among the Seven Wonders of the ancient world) formed Kesiyl’s belt.

Further connecting the Great Pyramid with the constellation of Kesiyl is the postioning of its airshafts. The Great Pyramid has an air shaft that points to Kesiyl (Orion).

It’s terrestrial location is also significant. The Great Pyramid lies in the center of gravity of the continents, dividing earth’s land mass into approximately equal quarters. In other words, the Great Pyramid is not only connected with Orion—the center of the heavens—it is set in the center of the earth (see map below).

Because the main focus of this my blog and my book is to restore the original constellation names and shapes, an understanding of how the ancient people viewed Kesiyl is very important. But, notably also, there is Scriptural evidence to connect the pyramids with the Throne of God. The Bible says that God established His
“wonders” in the land of Egypt, which are still standing as signs to this day:
Jeremiah 32:20 “God has set signs and wonders in the land of Egypt, even unto this day...”
According to the Bible, God’s Throne is a pyramid. In the Book of Revelation, the City of the New Jerusalem, which surrounds the Throne of God, is “four square”. Specifically, it is 12,000 furlongs (660 feet/201.2 meters) high and is 12,000 furlongs long on each side (Rev. 22:16-17).

Since the City is as tall as it is square, many have interpreted this description to mean that the City (and Throne) of God are shaped as a gigantic cube.  But there is another geometric shape which also fits this description: the pyramid.

Additionally, the Bible describes the Throne of God as being “high and lifted up” (Isaiah 6:1) and also describes it as being the “holy Mountain of God” (Ezekiel 28:14). The term “mountain” is far more indicative of a pyramid shape. But the prophet Ezekiel is even more specific. When recounting how the devil was once a covering cherub, who served at the Throne of God, Ezekiel described the Throne:
Ezekiel 28:14 “Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.”

The term “midst of the Stones of Fire” is from Prya (fire in the)-midst, or pyramid!

Additionally, the ancients connected the pyramid shape with the Throne of God in the sphinxes which often accompanied them. The sphinx had the face of a man, the body of a bull, the feet of a lion, and the wings of an eagle. Thus, we see that the sphinx was a representation of the seraphim, which are a high order of holy beings that surround the Throne of God (Ezekiel 1:4-14; Revelation 4:5-8).

The seraphim (Isaiah 6:1-8), portray the
Roles of Messiah as the righteous “Branch” (Tsemach, in Hebrew) of whom the Old Testament prophets wrote.

• LION—represents the BRANCH as KING of kings—Jeremiah 23:5. The lion has long represented Christ’s Kingly Role. He is the “Lion of the tribe of Judah”, who is called Aryeh in the heavens.“I will raise unto David a righteous BRANCH (Tsemach). A King shall reign and prosper and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth.” Jeremiah 23:5 (KJV)

• BULL (RE’EYM)—represents the BRANCH as THE SERVANT—Zechariah 3:8. The bull represents Christ’s Role as the
heavenly Servant. The bull does his
master’s work of plowing and grinding the grain, while harnessed into a yoke. Christ said His Yoke is easy and His burden is light (Matthew 11:29). “Behold, I will bring forth My Servant the BRANCH (Tsemach).” Zechariah 3:8 (KJV)

• MAN—represents the BRANCH as a
righteous MAN who is an example to
mankind—Zechariah 6:12. By fulfilling this Messianic BRANCH prophecy, Christ took our place, as the Second Adam—because He was a sinless Man. “Behold, the Man whose name is BRANCH (Tsemach), He shall build the Temple of the Lord.” Zechariah 6:12 (KJV)

• EAGLE—represents the BRANCH in the Divine Role as Judge. The eagle’s vision is renowned. Since it sees all, it is a fitting
symbol of Christ in His godly Role as the Judge—Jeremiah 33:15. “I will cause the BRANCH (Tsemach) of righteousness to grow up unto David. He shall execute judgment and righteousness in the land.”  Jeremiah 33:15 (KJV)

According to the Scriptures, these four
living Creatures, known as Seraphim, serve God at His Throne. Knowing this, the ancient Egyptians associated sphynxes (representing the Seraphim) with pyramids (the shape of God’s Throne). Significantly, all of these ancient representations were portrayed in the heavens and were centered on Kesiyl (Orion), which was the most important of all the constellations,
anciently renowned for being the gateway to the Throne of God.

Indeed, the Throne of God was believed to be through the famous belt of Kesiyl (Orion), which is why the pyramids (which are in the shape of God’s Throne) of Giza represent the three stars of Kesiyl’s belt. And because the ancients knew that the whole world should worship the God Who sat upon that Throne, the Great Pyramid of Giza was intentionally positioned at the center of the world.

  1. Fantastic! I am beginning to see the importance of the gospel writers in showing that Yah fulfilled his branch prophecy roles.
